With over 13 years of experience, Jess is passionate about bringing women together to support and empower each other in becoming total badasses. She designed The Women's Strength Coach Bondi to be more than just a gym; it’s a safe, welcoming space where women can build strength, confidence, and community. Her mission is to create an environment where every woman feels supported & seen. -
Sanaz Day
Coach
Sanaz is a newly qualified personal trainer with a wealth of personal experience in strength. Passionate about the connection between physical training and mental well-being, Sanaz takes a holistic approach that focuses on building both strength and confidence. She is especially passionate about working with women, creating an empowering, supportive environment where clients can grow mentally as well as physically. Her goal is to help others feel strong, capable, and confident—both inside and out. -
Jacinda Patty
Coach
With over 25 years of experience as a performer and coach, Jacinda brings the discipline of circus arts, the rhythm of dance, and the presence of acting into every strength class she leads. She helps you build strength, move with confidence, and feel unstoppable.As a well-rounded coach, Jacinda has traveled the globe and refined her skills in performance and fitness, allowing her to guide you through tailored training that challenges and inspires you.
How It Started
The Women's Strength Coach Bondi began with one simple mission: to create a space where women could train without judgment, intimidation, or unrealistic expectations.
Jess, the founder, started coaching in 2013 whilst experiencing body image struggles & disordered eating. Strength training became a game-changer for her, building not just physical strength but confidence, resilience, and a sense of empowerment that extended far beyond the gym. She knew other women deserved to experience that too.
What started as a small garage gym quickly grew into a thriving community of women who show up for themselves and each other.
While Jess focuses more on the bigger picture, our coaches that now lead the sessions are bringing the same supportive, no-BS approach that defines the gym. Together, they’re evolving The Women's Strength Coach Bondi into more than just a gym—it’s a movement that empowers women to get strong, lift each other up, and break the mould of what fitness “should” look like.
